￭ The server certificate is installed correctly on the mobile device, and the mobile certificate settings cause the connection to the server to fail.
If the mobile device cannot connect to the server, the certificate settings for the mobile device certificate store might prevent the connection to the server. To verify this, check the certificate settings in the mobile certificate store.
